I.P.E.S.S. is a scheme which concerns services at a tailor made level for schools.

Το IPESS (Iguana Project Educational Support System) είναι ένα σύστημα παροχών προς ΚΞΓ που επιθυμούν να αναβαθμιστούν και να γίνουν ανταγωνιστικά σε μια νέα εποχή με άλλα κριτήρια και νέους στόχους.

Το IPESS είναι για όσους δεν διστάζουν να ζητήσουν υποστήριξη από ειδικούς στο χώρο είτε γιατί δεν έχουν χρόνο να εμπλακούν σε αλλαγές οι ίδιοι σαν ιδιοκτήτες είτε γιατί οι σπουδές τους είναι στο χώρο της διδασκαλίας και όχι στο χώρο του educational management και των εκπαιδευτικών επιχειρήσεων.

Το IPESS επίσης είναι ιδανικό για ιδιοκτήτες που διδάσκουν άλλη γλώσσα πλην της Αγγλικής και επιθυμούν να έχουν πλήρη έλεγχο.

 

Οι βασικοί στόχοι του IPESS:

 Στόχος 1

Η εξοικονόμηση χρόνου του manager για περισσότερο διοίκηση και έλεγχο – αναβάθμιση.

 Στόχος 2

Να γνωρίζει ο κάθε εργαζόμενος του ρόλο του στο ΚΞΓ ο οποίος ρόλος προκαθορίζεται από το manager.

 Στόχος 3

Να υπάρχει περιβάλλον κεντρικά διαχειριζόμενο και όχι προσωποκεντρικό. Με λίγα λόγια το ΚΞΓ να μην εξαρτάται από κανένα συγκεκριμένο πρόσωπο αλλά να έχει επαγγελματικό ύφος και να μπορεί να ανταποκριθεί σε όποια δυσκολία σε θέματα προσωπικού, διαχείρισης και εκπαίδευσης. 

 Στόχος 4

Να δημιουργηθεί ένας εκπαιδευτικός χώρος σε επίπεδο ‘μοντέλου’ με καταγραμμένες διαδικασίες στη διαχείριση και στην εκπαίδευση  για αύξηση κέρδους και χρόνου.

SERVICE 1

BOOKS AND SUPPLEMENTARY ORGANISATION.

You select the desired books at each level and we ‘synthesise’ the materials for you to manage and SAVE TIME FROM PREPARATION AS WELL AS ‘CHECKING’ THE TEACHERS’ WORK.

We supplement the books with songs, games, extras etc at the right point during the unit and more!!!

This offer also includes a complete syllabus book with all the STRUCTURES, FUNCTIONS AND VOCABULARY to be taught at each level.

The books in the booklist are of your own choice and guidance may be provided if requested.

 

SERVICE 2

MANAGEMENT ORGANISATION FOR THE SCHOOL.

We work together to design a ‘book’ (operational manual) which will specify all the procedures of the school at the administration and education centre. ALL THE AREAS WITHIN A SCHOOL ARE ANALYSED and developed. From organising the teachers’ meeting to organising effective parents’ days and from the appearance of the school to the criteria for selecting teachers. Accompanied with forms, ready made letters, samples and lists for class observation, mark sheets, students’ cards etc.

A service for the school owners who wish to develop their school at all levels.

It is important to highlight that the nature of the work to be done is not to ‘destroy’ the already existant procedures taking place in the school but to ‘upgrade’ the existant ones with new ideas and ways of organisation and evaluation.

 

SERVICE 3

TEACHER TRAINING, SECRETARY TRAINING AND DIRECTOR OF STUDIES TRAINING

Three different types of training.

In the TEACHER TRAINING section the teachers are trained in general methodology and it may include seminars such as reading, listening, grammar, readers, songs and ALL ASPECTS OF METHODOLOGY. (More information offered below).

In the SECRETARY TRAINING the secretary receives training at aspects such as job prioritisation, keeping notes, organising the office, using the phone etc.

In the DIRECTION OF STUDIES section the person in charge receives instruction at the level of managing teachers and personel, organising the language courses for the students, administrating the tests etc.

 

TEACHER TRAINING

A variety of topics may be offered and these may be adapted to the number of training hours you wish to offer to your teachers within your premises.

The nature of the seminars will be highly practical and they will surely help your teachers’ increase their professional skills.

In case of agreement we may be able to organise realistic teaching by bringing in a number of students for demonstration teaching and teaching practice by the participants.

The nature for the training event may be of two types:

A. seminar based and

B. course based.

The difference between A and B is that in the first case the seminars do not form a unity and they are free standing seminars each of which may be dealt with separately.

In the second case the seminars are part of a wider framework and thay compose a unity. For example, in the first case some possible titles may be:

2 hours – using songs in classroom

2 hours – classroom management techniques

1 hour – the use of readers

etc.

For example, in the second case:

10 hours – Presenting, Practicing, Producing grammar at all levels.

A combination of the above may be possible since our services are tailor made to match the needs of your school and the experience of your teachers.

A complete list of seminars and courses may be sent to you upon request.

All training courses include certification, participants’ evaluation and detailed reports.

 

 

A NEW SERVICE NOW AVAILABLE:

INSPECTION SCHEME FOR A GENERAL SCHOOL EVALUATION AND QUALITY SERVICES.

Invite us for a daily visit in your school in order to observe a number of pre arranged issues in both the education and the administrative sector for evaluating the present state of the school. Teachers, methods, advertisement, management, communications etc. will be exmined in a CONFIDENTIAL and PROFESSIONAL manner. Then, a full report is submitted with the results of the inspection for each of the inspected sectors along with recommendations.
